植物源单宁酸复合媒染剂在苏木染色中的应用
Application of plant-derived tannic acid composite mordant for sappanwood dyeing

Abstract
In order to improve the mordant effect of plant-derived tannic acid,based on tannic acid,a variety of compound mordants were designed and prepared by changing the composition of the mordant and the ratio of tannic acid to Potassium aluminum sulfate.The mordant effects of different compound mordants on cotton fabrics dyed with sappanwood were tested and analyzed,and the effects of their composition on K/S value,color fastness and absorbance of dyed fabrics were discussed.The results showed that the K/S value of the fabric was significantly improved by using the compound mordant solution of tannic acid and potassium aluminum sulfate compared with the single mordant dyeing solution.The K/S value of the fabric increased gradually with the proportion of potassium aluminum sulfatesolution increasing.The mordant effect of tannic acid was better than that of potassium aluminum sulfate,and the use of compound mordant composed of tannic acid and potassium aluminum sulfate could further improve the dyeing depth and fastness.The overall dyeing effect of the composite mordant group was the best when volume ratio of tannic acid and potassium aluminum sulfate solution was 1∶1,and it was combined with 5 g/L polyvinyl alcohol.The addition of polyvinyl alcohol made the mixture of sappanwood,tannic acid and polyvinyl alcohol produced strong absorption in the visible light region,and enhanced the UV resistance of the fabric.It is considered that the design and preparation of the compound mordant provide a new idea for the improvement and application of plant dyeing technology.关键词
