基于症状体验模型的肺癌患者手术后自我报告症状管理方案的构建
Construction of self-reported symptom management program based on symptom experience model for lung cancer patients after surgery

Abstract
Objective To construct a self-reported symptom management program for lung cancer patients based on symptom experience model,and to provide reference for symptom management for lung cancer patients after surgery.Methods Literature analysis was conducted to construct the initial self-reported symptom management program for lung cancer patients based on symptom experience model.Fifteen experts from five different provinces in China were invited to participate in two rounds of Delphi consultation to finalize the program.Results The recovery rates were 100％and 93％in the 2 rounds of correspondence;the authority coefficients of the experts 0.993 and 0.997,and Kendall's harmony coefficients 0.180 and 0.206,respectively.The experts gave high ratings to the importance of the program.The final program consisted of 8 first-level,18 secondary-level,and 72 third-level indicators.Conclusion The self-reported symptom management program for lung cancer patients based on symptom experience model demonstrates high validity and feasibility,which can help improve patients' symptom management and outcomes after surgery.关键词
