Abstract
Objective To construct a core competency evaluation index system for advanced practice nurses in orthopedics,and to provide reference for cultivating such type of nurse talents.Method A draft of core competency evaluation questionnaire was formed after literature review and semi-structured interviews.Two rounds of Delphi expert inquiry were conducted to determine specific items,and the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the indexes and the weight.Results The core competency evaluation index system for advanced practice nurses in orthopedics consisted of 6 first-level,15 secondary-level,and 44 third-level indicators.Recovery effectiveness rate of the 2 rounds of expert inquiries was 100％,and expert authority coefficients were 0.882 and 0.903,respectively.The Kendall harmony coefficients for the two rounds of expert inquiries were 0.402 to 0.471 and 0.404 to 0.530,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.001).The relative weight and comprehensive weight CR were both less than 0.1.Conclusion The core competency evaluation indexes index system for advanced practice nurses in orthopedics constructed in this study is scientific and practical,providing reference for the training,evaluation,and assessment of this group.关键词
