围产期妇女分娩恐惧的潜在剖面分析及影响因素研究
Latent profile analysis of perinatal women's fear of childbirth and its influencing factors

Abstract
Objective To explore the potential categories and influencing factors of perinatal women's fear of childbirth,and to provide scientific basis for implementing targeted intervention measures in the future.Methods A total of 615 perinatal women hospitalized in the obstetrics department of a tertiary grade-A hospital in Changsha from November 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects.A self-designed General Information Questionnaire,the Chinese version of Childbirth Attitude Questionnaire(CAQ)and the Childbirth Readiness Scale(CRS)were used to for the investigation.The latent profile of perinatal women's fear of childbirth was analyzed,and the influencing factors of different categories were analyzed by disordered multiple logistic regression.Results Perinatal women's fear of childbirth can be classified into four potential categories:no fear group(22.1％),low fear-concerned about infant health group(43.0％),moderate fear-concerned about infant health group(26.7％),and high fear group(8.2％).Factors influencing the fear of childbirth in perinatal women included whether a multipara or not,pregnancy risk assessment,planned mode of delivery,sources of pregnancy-related knowledge and delivery readiness score(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Obvious heterogeneity in the fear of childbirth in perinatal women is observed.Clinical workers should conduct targeted intervention according to the characteristics and influencing factors of different categories to reduce the level of fear of childbirth.关键词
