育龄男性淋巴瘤患者的生育忧虑现状及影响因素分析
Current status of fertility distress in male reproductive-age lymphoma patients and its influencing factors

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of fertility distress in male lymphoma patients of reproductive age and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Using convenient sampling,204 male lymphoma patients of reproductive age who visited a hospital in Nanchang City,Jiangxi Province from April to September 2023 were selected as the objects.The General Information Questionnaire,the Reproductive Concern after Cancer Male(RCAC-M),and the Distress Disclosure Index(DDI)were used to conduct the investigation.The influencing factors of fertility distress were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis.Results The average score of fertility distress among 204 male lymphoma patients of reproductive age was 49.92±12.66,and the score of distress disclosure index was 35.18±12.66.The fertility concerns negatively correlated distress disclosure index(r=-0.529,P＜0.001).Age,education background,fertility intention,fertility history,and degree of distress disclosure were important influencing factors for reproductive concerns(P＜0.05 for all),accounting for 43.2％of the total variance.Conclusion The level of reproductive concerns of male lymphoma patients of reproductive age is at a moderate to high level.Medical workers should focus on patients being young,highly educated,without bearing a child,with fertility intention and low ability of pain disclosure.Timely oncofertility-related education and psychological support should be considered to improve the self-disclosure ability of male lymphoma patients of reproductive age,so as to alleviate their reproductive concerns.关键词
