Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status and needs of postoperative cardiac rehabilitation in patients with AIDS and concomitant valvular heart disease,and to provide reference for further cardiac rehabilitation services.Methods Eleven cases of AIDS patients with heart valvular disease from June 2023 to June 2024 were interviewed in depth and the data were analyzed by phenomenological method.Results Three themes of the status quo of cardiac rehabilitation were extracted:coping with physical discomfort,the influence of immunological function,insufficient awareness and cognition of cardiac rehabilitation;Three themes of rehabilitation needs included disease-related counseling,equal access to health care,and home cardiac rehabilitation.Conclusion The construction of medical system should be strengthened to guarantee the equal right to medical treatment of AIDS patients.A home cardiac rehabilitation program for patients with AIDS and valvular heart disease,and wearable devices and cardiac rehabilitation applications are conducive to remotely monitoring and guiding patients to carry out home cardiac rehabilitation more safely and effectively.关键词
