黏弹性超声成像评估代谢相关脂肪性肝病的方法学优化分析
Methodological optimization of viscoelastic ultrasound imaging for assessing metabolic associ-ated fatty liver disease

Abstract
Aim This study aims to optimize the methodology of viscoelastic ultrasound imaging(VUI)for assessing meta-bolic associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD).Methods A total of 140 subjects who underwent liver VUI were selected and di-vided into 55 cases in the healthy group and 85 cases in the MAFLD group;the MAFLD group was further categorized into mild(40 cases),moderate(25 cases),and severe(20 cases)groups according to the severity of MAFLD.Five viscosity coefficient(Vi)and dispersion coefficient(Disp)measurements were performed in each of the hepatic S3,S5,and S6 segments,respectively.The consistency of the measurements was analyzed using the intra-class correlation coefficient(ICC).Vi and Disp were compared between groups.Results Vi and Disp exhibited the highest ICC values in segment S5,demonstrating excellent consistency.No significant differences were observed among the five consecutive measurements of Vi and Disp within each group(P>0.05).Vi val-ues in the healthy and mild MAFLD groups were significantly lower than those in the moderate and severe groups,with the moderate group showing lower values than the severe group(P<0.05).Disp values in the healthy,mild,and moderate groups were all lower than those in the severe group(P<0.05).Conclusion To ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data,viscoelastic ultrasonog-raphy evaluation of the liver is recommended to measure Vi and Disp five times at S5 to calculate the average value.Vi and Disp dif-fer between the healthy group and different MAFLD groups.关键词
