洛塞那肽联合密盖息鼻喷剂治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松的疗效及对骨代谢的影响
Effect of loxenatide combined with miacalcic nasal spray in the treatment of diabetic osteopo-rosis and its influence on bone metabolism

Abstract
Aim To investigate the clinical efficacy of loxenatide combined with miacalcic nasal spray in the treatment of di-abetic osteoporosis and its effect on bone metabolism.Methods A total of 104 invalids with diabetic osteoporosis were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups.The control(52 cases)group was treated with miacalcic nasal spray,while the observation group(52 cases)received loxenatide in addition to the control group's treatment.Both groups were treated continuously for 6 months.The clinical efficacy and changes in bone metabolism were compared between 2 groups.Results After treatment,the observation group had lower blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels than the control group(P＜0.05).The bone mineral density of the left femoral neck,left Ward's triangle,and lumbar vertebrae 1-4 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The total clinical effective rate in observation group was higher than control(P＜0.05).After treat-ment,the observation group had higher levels of osteocalcin and type 1(PINP)procollagen amino-terminal propeptide but lower levels of β-collagen degradation products(β-CTX)compared with control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically obvious difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Loxenatide combined with miacalcic nasal spray demonstrates good clinical efficacy and high safety in the treatment of diabetic osteoporosis,and can improve bone metabolism in patients.关键词
