超声引导下SGB复合全麻在冠心病行LC患者中的应用效果及其对心脏功能的影响
Application effects of ultrasound-guided SGB combined with general anesthesia on patients with coronary heart disease undergoing LC and its impact on cardiac function
摘要
Abstract
Aim To explore the application effects of ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block(SGB)combined with general anesthesia on patients with coronary heart disease undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)and its impact on cardiac function. Methods A total of 105 patients with coronary heart disease undergoing LC in our hospital were randomly divided into the SGB group(n=53)and the conventional group(n=52).The postoperative recovery and incidence of perioperative cardiovascu-lar adverse events in two groups of patients were observed. The hemodynamic parameters, cerebral oxygen metabolism, serum stress response, cardiac ultrasound parameters, and serum myocardial enzyme spectrum index levels between two groups at different time points were compared. Results There were no significant difference in postoperative recovery and incidence of perioperative cardi-ovascular adverse events between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Compared with the conventional group, the SCB group showed a decrease in intraoperative hemodynamic and cerebral oxygen metabolism indicators,as well as postoperative serum stress re-sponse indicators and myocardial enzyme spectrum levels(P<0.05),while postoperative cardiac ultrasound parameter levels were in-creased(P<0.05).Conclusion SGB blockade combined with general anesthesia is beneficial for maintaining hemodynamic sta-bility during surgery, reducing stress response, improving cerebral oxygen metabolism, and protecting cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease undergoing LC.关键词
