肺泡灌洗联合抗生素对儿童RMPP疗效及25(OH)D3、IL-17、IL-10的影响
Effects of BAL combined with antibiotics on therapeutic efficacy and levels of 25(OH)D3,IL-17,and IL-10 in children with RMPP

Abstract
Aim To investigate the efficacy of bronchoalveolar lavage(BAL)combined with antibiotics in children with re-fractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(RMPP),as well as its effects on 25-hydroxyvitamin D3[25(OH)D3],interleukin-17(IL-17),and interleukin-10(IL-10).Methods Eighty children with RMPP were equally divided into control group(macrolide antibiotics treatment)and observation group(BAL combined with macrolide antibiotics treatment).Clinical efficacy,25(OH)D3,IL-17,IL-10,hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),white blood cell count(WBC),and pulmonary function were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment(P＜0.05).Compared with pre-treatment levels,IL-17,hs-CRP,and WBC decreased,while IL-10,25(OH)D3,and pulmonary function indices increased in both groups after treatment.Moreover,the changes in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Bronchoalveolar lavage combined with antibi-otic therapy demonstrates significant efficacy in treating refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.This treatment can effectively regulate peripheral blood levels of 25(OH)D3,IL-17,and IL-10,and is worthy of clinical recommendation.关键词
