凝血酶散联合PPI治疗急性上消化道出血的疗效及对IL-6、CRP的影响
Efficacy of thrombin powder combined with PPI in treating acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding and its effects on IL-6 and CRP

Abstract
Aim To investigate the efficacy of thrombin powder combined with proton pump inhibitor(PPI)in treating acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding and its effects on serum levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP).Meth-ods Sixty patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into a control group(PPI omeprazole)and an ob-servation group(PPI omeprazole+thrombin powder).We compared hemostatic outcomes,inflammatory factor levels[IL-6,CRP],complete blood count(white blood cell count,red blood cell count,hemoglobin,platelet count),and coagulation function[fibrinogen(FIB),prothrombin time(PT),and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)]between the two groups.Results The ob-servation group showed shorter hemostasis time and higher 24 h/48 h hemostasis rates compared with the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with the pretreatment levels,both groups exhibited decreased CRP,IL-6,APTT,PT,and white blood cell count,along with increased FIB,hemoglobin,red blood cell count,and platelet count after treatment,with more significant improvements in the ob-servation group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Thrombin powder combined with PPI demonstrates superior hemostatic efficacy to PPI alone in treating acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and significantly reduce inflammatory factor levels.关键词
