Design and implementation of a one-stop service platform for civil and commercial satellite remote sensing data retrieval

Abstract
The open sharing of remote sensing data is primarily guaranteed through data policies and data sharing service platforms.Data policies determine which data can be shared,while sharing platforms provide tools for data re-trieval and download.In recent years,China has continued to make efforts in formulating data policies and building data sharing platforms,greatly promoting the application of domestic civil remote sensing satellite data represented by China High-resolution Earth Observation System(CHEOS)and space infrastructure projects.With the continuous expansion of remote sensing business applications,there is an increasing demand for domestic commercial remote sensing satellite data,urgently necessitating the establishment of a one-stop service platform for civil and commercial remote sensing data.This article explores the current status of open sharing service platforms for remote sensing data both domestically and internationally,analyzes the retrieval functions of major commercial remote sensing data sales platforms,systematically sorts out the requirements for a one-stop service platform for civil and commercial remote sensing data,and designs a technical framework.Finally,by combining with the Land Observation Satellite Data Service Platform,it provides optimized retrieval functions for public welfare needs,and proposes a technical process design for adding a commercial remote sensing data retrieval module.The application of data retrieval for public wel-fare needs demonstrates that the platform can provide a one-stop solution for acquiring civil and commercial data.关键词
