中国式现代化背景下农业农村现代化的战略方位
The Strategic Orientation of Agricultural and Rural Modernization under the Background of Chinese Modernization

Abstract
The modernization of agriculture and rural areas is the foundation of Chinese moderniza-tion.Only by accurately grasping the strategic positioning of the modernization of agriculture and rural areas from the overall situation,we can formulate a scientific and reasonable development strategy and promote the steady and far-reaching of Chinese modernization.Based on the statistical data since 2012,this paper analyzes the development level of agricultural and rural modernization from three dimensions:self-development,"three modernizations"coordination and countries comparison.The study draws the following conclusions:(1)From the analysis of itself development,the comprehensive development score of agricultural and rural modernization of China has reached 0.76,which has played an important role in supporting food security,rural harmony and stability,urban-rural integration development,and pro-motion of common prosperity.It provides foundation,support and potential for creating a new situation of Chinese modernization.(2)From the analysis of"three modernizations"coordination,the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,new industrialization and new urbanization have made com-mon progress.The score of coupling coordination degree has increased significantly from 0.36 to 0.66,and the parallel effect has appeared.However,the modernization of agriculture and rural areas is still the major shortcomings in the overall development of"three modernizations",and their development level is only 50％～60％of the level of new industrialization and new urbanization.(3)From the analysis of countries comparison,China's agricultural and rural modernization level is 52.86％of the average level of 9 benchmarking developed countries,and there are still many gaps.Therefore,China's"15th Five-Year Plan"of the modernization of agriculture and rural areas is being in a promising de-velopment period,entering a critical period of coordinated development of"three modernizations"and moving towards the catch-up period of international advanced level.关键词
