经济分化背景下农民农村共同富裕的实践过程及其机理阐释
The Practical Process and Mechanism of Common Prosperity for Farmers and Rural Areas under the Background of Economic Differentiation:Taking Yuanjia Village in Shaanxi Province as an Example

Abstract
Uneven urban-rural development and insufficient rural development are the key factors that constrain the common prosperity of all people.Based on an eight year follow-up survey of Yuanjia Village,and under the guidance of Weber's economic and sociological ideas and social stratification forces,the paper constructs a framework for the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas that in-tegrates action structure,in order to explore the practical process and internal mechanism of industrial transformation oriented rural areas from economic differentiation to common prosperity.Research has found that traditional agricultural villages and industrial villages that rely on agriculture and industry have not yet formed economic differentiation between groups.However,during the period of tourism de-velopment transformation,under the combined effects of interest driven,market mechanisms,and distri-bution systems,economic differentiation among villagers,villagers and merchants,and within merchants in Yuanjia Village has gradually emerged,mainly reflected in the production and distribution of wealth.Following the inherent mechanism of"interest linkage—institutional constraints—order guaran-tee",Yuanjia Village designs a share system that combines formal and substantive rationality,such as basic stock to guarantee villagers' income,mixed stock to mobilize production enthusiasm,cross stock to link operating income,regulating stock to narrow economic differentiation,and restricting stock to as-sist impoverished farmers,to share development achievements and promote common prosperity for farmers and rural areas.Therefore,industrial transformation oriented rural areas urgently need to establish a localized"shareholding system regulating valve"by establishing the legitimacy status of the distribution of multiple production factors,exploring the dual adjustment mechanism of"motivation structure",and constructing a dynamic compensation mechanism for damaged interests,in order to solidly promote common prosperity.关键词
