Market-oriented Operation Mechanism and Its Sustainability of New Rural Collective Economic Organizations:A Case Study of Q Village in S Province

Abstract
As distinct legal entities,the market-oriented operation of new rural collective economic organizations is essentially an expansion of their operational capacity under the constraints of public ownership,while facing multiple challenges such as property rights structure,governance mode,and market adaptation.Balancing efficient and sustainable market-oriented operations while safeguarding collective interests remains a critical issue.From the perspective of organizational development,this study takes Q Village in S Province as a case study to analyze the market-oriented operation mechanism and sustainability of new rural collective economic organizations.Q Village,by leveraging the organiza-tional vehicle of the"Joint Stock Economic Cooperative,"has enhanced the market adaptability and re-source integration capacity of its collective economy through three mechanisms:horizontal integration,cooperative embedding,and symbiotic collaboration.The key to its sustainable development lies in the continuous stimulation of endogenous motivation,dynamic optimization of the industrial system,robust response to market risks,and long-term synergy of resource elements.Over the Long term,the market-oriented development of new rural collective economic organizations requires further enhancement of market operation capabilities,optimization of resource allocation efficiency,and sustainable support in order to promote the robust development of rural collective economy.关键词
