党建联村:一种新型跨村集体经济实体化经营的实践逻辑
Party-led Villages Integration:The Practical Logic of A New Model of Cross-village Collective Economy Operational Management in Analyzing the Case of Tongwen Joint Village,Central Fujian

Abstract
Establishing a system and mechanism for operational management is a fundamental re-quirement for the development of the new-type rural collective economy.In the current context of sig-nificant rural-urban migration and integrated urban-rural development,establishing a system for cross-village integrated and shared development represents an important pathway to innovate the mechanism for operational management of the collective economy.Based on the perspectives of the new endogenous development theory and resource orchestration theory,this paper analyzes the practical process of"con-solidating,expanding,and strengthening"cross-village collective economy through"Party-led Village Integration"in Tongwen Joint Village in Central Fujian,which demonstrates an exemplary effect.It is found that the development of operational management of the cross-village collective economy encom-passes multiple,progressively layered,and mutually reinforcing logics of resource orchestration actions:strengthening the organizational construction of Party-led Village Integration to reshape a multiple-par-ticipant development community;promoting"new collectivization"resource integration to establish com-petent market entities for the cross-village collective economy and enhance its operational efficiency;and improving the benefit distribution mechanism to achieve multi-attribute value goals for the develop-ment of the cross-village collective economy.The case study village's narrative reveals that the cross-village collective economy management model of Party-led Village Integration is characterized by strong political and performance orientation,strong social and community welfare equity,and strong mar-ket and economic rationality.关键词
