大国治理视域下中国对外农业投资风险防范研究
China's Overseas Agricultural Investment Risk Prevention Research Under the Perspective of Major Power Governance

Abstract
Systematically deconstructing the risks of China's overseas agricultural investment is a powerful measure to respond to the CPC Central Committee's idea of preventing and defusing risks in key areas,but also an inevitable choice to promote the healthy and sustainable development of overseas agricultural investment under the background of major power governance.This paper focuses on the real-istic background of high risk of China's overseas agricultural investment,constructs an analysis frame-work of evolution trend and governance logic of China's overseas agricultural investment risk,and sys-tematically explains the historical evolution logic and governance path.The risk spectrum dimension shows the lack of early international investment experience and capital liquidity risk,the dilemma of in-dustrial chain integration and local management challenge in the middle stage,the upgrading of trade barriers and growth trap in the later stage,and then to the future negative public opinion,capital extru-sion and the sustainable environmental pressure risk change.From the evolution trend level,the risk form transition from a single linear to a complex network complex structure,and its concealment and un-conventional characteristics are particularly prominent in the fields of negative public opinion and envi-ronmental regulation.From the perspective of cause logic,the core logic of risk generation system is the behavior deviation of investment subjects,the capital extrusion effect caused by the evolution of host country,and the practical tension caused by the dynamic adaptation of location advantage and business environment.To this end,there is a need to build comprehensive government guidance,enterprise com-pliance management,industry means of collaborative three-dimensional risk defense system.Institutional innovation can assign overseas investment toughness construction,build China's overseas agricultural investment risk prevention of solid barrier,boost agricultural international trade quality growth,while fo-cussing on the environmental sustainable pressure,negative public opinion and digital security emerging risk domain.关键词
