农业保险对农户劳动力资源配置的影响
Effect of Agricultural Insurance on the Labor Allocation of Farmers

Abstract
Agricultural insurance is an important tool of risk management for farmers.Based on micro data from 984 householders in four major grain producing provinces,this paper employs the Order Probit model,Bioprobit model and CMP method to examine the impact of farmers' par-ticipation in agricultural insurance on their labor allocation,and further validates the possible mechanism of agricultural insurance on farmers' labor allocation by constructing an intermediary effect model.The findings are as follows.Firstly,Farmers' partiapation in agricultural insurance significantly encourages them to allocate labor to the agricultural sector,and this conclusion remains robust even after addressing endogeneity through instrumental variables.Secondly,partici-pation in agricultural insurance mainly reduces the trend of farmers moving away from agricultural sector through two channels,namely,insuring farmers expected farm income and expanding invest-ment in agricultural technology.Among them,the effect of insuring farmers expected farm income channel is relatively weak.Thirdly,the degree of influence of agricultural insurance on farmers'labor allocation varies among different farms.It has greater impact on farmers who have larger farmland,under the age of 45 and have a lower education level.Therefore,we suggest that govern-ment departments and insurance companies should innovate in the promotion of agricultural insur-ance and make insurance application and claim settlement more precise,increase financial support for professional operators with high insurance coverage needs.It enhance income security for agri-culture,encourage investment in technology and innovation.suggests to promote differentiated and inclusive agricultural insurance products.It suggests to attach importance to the synergistic effect of agricultural insurance and credit tool,and actively promote the"insurance+credit"model.It suggests to establish a comprehensive rural labor incentive mechanism to cultivate a dedicated workforce for agricultural production and management.关键词
