摘要

Abstract

Through the ultra-low carbon,Nb-Ti composite composition design and reasonable TMCP process,this paper explored the role of microalloying elements in precipitation strengthening and grain refinement during rolling and cooling processes,and a uniform fine grain bainite,quasi-polygonal ferrite,polygonal ferrite mixed organization were obtained.The thick X65MS acid resistant pipeline steel was successfully developed.Research on tensile test,impact test,drop weight tear test,microstructure analysis,and high and low magnification analysis of impact fracture surfaces has been analyzed.The results show that the mechanical tensile properties and impact energy absorption of the steel plate are stable,the drop weight tear performance is excellent,the microstructure is ideal,and the strength toughness matching is good.
