摘要

Abstract

In the context of the rapid development of electric vehicle technology,the performance and safety of battery pack have become an important issue to be solved urgently.In the design process of the battery thermal management system,it is necessary to accurately define the optimal working temperature range of the battery pack according to the specific performance parameters of the battery cell,in order to significantly improve the overall control efficiency of the battery pack.This paper introduces various thermal management strategies,including air,liquid and phase change material cooling,and comprehensively compares their advantages and disadvantages.By introducing practical application cases,the design criteria and optimization path of the thermal management system are further discussed to effectively improve the operation efficiency,extend the service life and strengthen the safety performance.
