摘要

Abstract

Existing means of disseminating early warning information need to rely on public network communication resources.Once basic network communication is missing,early warning information cannot be transmitted and received.This paper discusses the use of existing technology to collect meteorological environment information and disseminate early warning information in areas without public network communication signals through satellite communications.By carrying various sensing devices and instruments,such as high-definition cameras,infrared sensors and meteorological monitoring instruments,the UAV can monitor and investigate disaster areas and collect and transmit data in real time,allowing the disaster warning processing center to more accurately grasp the disaster situation and progress,which in turn shortens response time and reduces the number of early warning disturbances.This technology will help improve the accuracy,authority,dissemination speed and coverage of early warning information release,thereby reducing the risk of casualties and property damage.
