摘要

Abstract

To investigate the characteristics of performance degradation of gas turbine working in marine environment,the long-term operation of gas turbine was studied in marine salt ambient simulated by salt spray system on the test bed,during which several times of water flushing were conducted.After water flushing,the modified air pressure behind high pressure compressor raised,the modified speed of high pressure compressor decreased,the modified gas temperature behind low pressure turbine decreased and the thermal efficiency increased.Under the same modified condition 1.0,the modified air pressure behind high pressure compressor gradually decreased during operation,and the modified speed of high pressure compressor and the modified gas temperature behind low pressure turbine gradually increased.Although there was significant influence for the water flushing on the performance recovery of gas turbine in salt fog environment,the overall performance of unit degraded gradually under the influence of combustion and turbine power characteristics.The research results can provide reference for research on the performance degradation of gas turbine and the determination of water flushing timing.
