Abstract

As for residential heating supply and industrial steam supply,the energy level of heat differs with different cogeneration methods,leading to the difference of distribution between heating and electric load,so the total energy consumption of entire plant,even the economic of power plants are thus influnced.A code free modelling and analysis tool with digital-twin technology based on mechanism-mathematical model was developed to realize real-time status monitoring and performance calculation of thermal equipment.Using this model as the underlying framework,economic analysis was carried out on different forms of cogeneration,and heating-electric optimization with multiple constraints was done to provide a reasonable operation strategy for power plant.Practice in power plant shows that with application of this system,around 23.2 million yuan for the coal consumption could be saved each year,showing a significant economic benefit.The research results can provide reference for heating-electric power plants with the same type.
