摘要

Abstract

The steam turbine drainage system is of significance to the operation safety of unit.With safety being ensured,design of drainage system can be improved by some optimizations.The layout design of the drainage system in an ultra-supercritical steam turbine was revealed from aspects of number of gland drainage points,type of drainage valves and layout of pipeline behind the drainage valves.The scheme of setting a throttling orifice plate behind the drainage valve was proposed,and it was demonstrated that the internal leakage could be checked by adding temperature measuring points on the drainage pipeline.The above technical methods can improve the efficiency of unit and extend service life of the drainage valves and the pipelines and fittings behind the valves.The research results can provide reference for the design of drainage system in ultra-supercritical steam turbines.
