摘要

Abstract

The hydraulic control system of industrial turbine features with universality and convenience for maintenance,and many users prefer the scheme of sharing its oil source with lubricating oil system.A regulating type intermediate-pressure hydraulic servo actuator with turbine oil as working medium is designed,whose control accuracy is satisfying.The structure and working principle of this servo actuator are presented,and the assessment standard of its static analysis is established from four aspects.Furthermore,the fast closing time,static and dynamic strength of the servo actuator in this scheme are evaluated.The research results can provide reference for design of hydraulic control system in industrial turbine with high parameter and performance.
