Abstract
To raise the power generation efficiency of waste-to-energy plants and realize production capacity growth,a comparative analysis method was adopted for the thermodynamic design of steam turbine in a domestic waste-to-energy power generation project.The design was carried out from aspects of flow passage configuration,steam extraction utilization,turbine-boiler matching and steam distribution schemes,meanwhile,based on its economic calculations,the China's first 55 MW class dual-pressure steam extraction waste-to-energy steam turbine was desiged.Operation results demonstrated that the unit operation had satisfying stability and could meet the performance requirements.The research results can provide reference for subsequent development of waste-to-energy steam turbine with higher power,better technology,higher efficiency and better operation stability.关键词
