Abstract
To solve the problem of rotor journal damage of steam turbine in power plants,two innovative repair solutions adaptable to different onsite conditions were proposed to realize onsite repair of rotor journal in bearing house without casing disassembly.In solution 1,precise rotation of the shaft system was realized using the turning gear motor or a self-powered drive head,while in solution 2,a compact cage-type device was adopted for efficient machining in the confined space of bearing house.Not only the repair efficiency could be improved but also the repair quality could be ensured using the above solutions.The feasibility and effectiveness of these solutions were validated by practical engineering cases.The research results can provide technical options for onsite repair of steam turbine units.关键词
