Abstract
The rotor of a large scale axial compressor features a two-stage hub structure.Due to its large size and unique structure,significant unbalance will be generated during manufacturing process.To reduce the vibration of the entire compressor shaft system and ensure the operation safety and stability of the unit,the dynamic balance accuracy of the rotor is required to achieve G1.6 level.A step-by-step dynamic balancing method for the axial compressor rotor was proposed:firstly,take dynamic balancing upon the two hub stages separately;secondly,assemble the two-stage hub without blades to the rotor and then carry out dynamic balancing;thirdly,take dynamic balancing upon the rotor with blades assembled.Therefore,the unbalance was reduced and the final dynamic balancing accuracy was improved.The design requirements of dynamic balancing of compressor rotor can be met with this method being used.This research result can provide reference for the dynamic balancing of rotors with hub structures.关键词
