Abstract
In some cases,traditional methods cannot be applied to deal with bent rotors because of limited on-site conditions.Simplified models of bent rotor were constructed using finite element software,and the unbalance mass-diameter product of bent rotor was calculated.Trial weights were applied at the middle of rotor to determine the optimal weighting scheme.Additionally,a dynamic balancing method on the rotor end was proposed combined with vibration mode theory.Engineering practice has showed that the vibration problem of bent rotor can be effectively solved with this method.The research results can provide reference for on-site treatment of vibration reduction of bent rotors.关键词
