Contour integral numerical method for the generalized eigenvalue problem of Boltzmann-BGK equation
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,a numerical method based on the contour integral is proposed for the generalized ei-genvalue problem(GEP)of Boltzmann-BGK equation in linear stability analysis.In this method,a typical GEP is firstly constructed by discretizing the linearized Boltzmann-BGK equation.Then,by taking the advan-tage of special matrix function form,the GEP is solved by using the contour integral approach.Numerical ex-amples are utilized to show the accuracy and computational efficiency of the method.It is expected that this method may play a key role in the analysis of linear stability of Boltzmann-BGK equation.关键词
