灾害背景下企业社会责任研究:现状、热点及演进趋势
Corporation social responsibility research in the context of disasters:Current situation,hot issues and developing trends

Abstract
Disasters have many destructive impacts,threaten the safety of people's lives and property and se-riously restrict the sustainable development of social economy.Widespread attention has been aroused on the firms'corporate social responsibility(CSR)in the context of disasters.As a kind of important disaster relief entities,implementing CSR by firms is conducive to the comprehensive and scientific promotion of disaster management.Nowadays,domestic and foreign scholars have conducted many studies on CSR in the context of disasters.In this review we adopt the combination of comprehensive methods of literature search,quantita-tive analysis and qualitative discussion to visually analyze 366 references related to firms'CSR in the context of disasters in the past 30 years,reveal their time distribution,journal distribution and national distribution.Through keywords co-occurrence analysis and qualitative analysis of key literature,we summarize the exist-ing research methods in"types of CSR activities-CSR influencing factors-CSR effects-CSR management strat-egies".We point that,in terms of the type of CSR activities,existing researches mainly focus on the immedi-ate spontaneous CSR activities and the long-term CSR activities still need systematic research,and the ex-perimental methods,such as the deep learning methods,should be applied to the study of the impact mecha-nism of CSR in the context of disasters.Besides,the study framework and main hot issues are summarized as well as the shortcomings of existing research fields and future development directions are proposed to give some advice for the academic and practical communities.关键词
