Abstract

In view of the problem that the roadway affected by dynamic pressure in the No.15 coal seam of Shangshe Erjing Coal Mine is prone to occur phenomena of roof subsidence,floor heave and so on,and the support strength is greatly reduced,a method combining surrounding rock stress fixed-point detection-support parameters theoretical calculation-on-site experimental observation is used to verify the roadway surrounding rock support parameters in the No.15 coal seam of Shangshe Erjing Coal Mine.A suitable support scheme for the No.15 coal seam roadway surrounding rock of Shangshe Erjing Coal Mine is proposed,and the implementation effect of the on-site support scheme is observed.Using comprehensive methods such as on-site investigation and research,theoretical calculation,industrial testing and others,analyze the breaking law of overlying rock on the roadway roof under dynamic pressure excavation,determine the control parameters of the dynamic pressure roadway,and the degree of the roof layer separation apparatus is less than 50 mm,which does not reach the critical point for stopping excavation;The layer separation value is not greater than the early warning value,and the stress on the anchor rod and cable does not reach 60%to 70%of their yield load;The support effect of the roof and two sides is good,and the deformation amount does not exceed 5 mm.
