Abstract

The traditional anchor mesh spray support adopted by Baijiagou Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.is difficult to effectively control the surrounding rock deformation of the 8104 working face,resulting in severe roadway deformation,anchor rods detachment and others.In order to improve the stability of soft rock roadways,based on means of numerical simulation and similar material simulation,the stress transfer mechanism of longwall residual coal pillar soft rock stoping roadway is expounded.The influence of roof cutting height,position and angle on roadway deformation is analyzed,and the optimal roof cutting parameter scheme to ensure the stability of soft rock roadway is proposed.The results show that the roof cutting and pressure relief relieves the mechanical connection between the goaf roof and the roadway roof,and the high stress area is transferred from the roadway roof to the front of the longwall coal mining working face(LCMF);the roof cutting reduces the support stress of the surrounding rock in the mining stress concentration area in front of the working face(an average reduction of 12.57%),effectively improves the stability of roadways.
