Abstract
In view of the difficult problem of roof natural collapse of the first mining face in the initial stage of mining under the condition of hard roof,based on the 1503 working face of Yinying Coal Mine,the method of combining theoretical analysis with on-site experiment is adopted,and the hydraulic fracturing comprehensive weakening technology of"combining directional long boreholes with conventional short boreholes"is introduced.The mechanism of hydraulic fracturing technology on the weakening of roof structure is analyzed,and the effect of roof weakening after fracturing is evaluated.The research results show that in the fracturing construction,the peak pressure of long boreholes exceeds 26 MPa,and the bearing pressure of short boreholes exceeds 52 MPa,both of which experience pressure release phenomenon,with a maximum decrease of 26 MPa,proving the effect of hydraulic fracturing technology in the aspect of controlling mine pressure.The application of this technology ensures the safe mining of the 1503 working face in Yinying Coal Mine during the mining process in the initial stage,providing referenceable technical strategies for effectively preventing and alleviating high-intensity mine pressure disasters in the initial mining stage of working faces under the same type of geological environment.关键词
