摘要

Abstract

In view of the existing problems of unreasonable width of roadway protection coal pillars and others in underground mines,in order to improve coal extraction rate and reduce resource waste,taking the 10403 working face of Jinda Coal Industry as the research background,the limit equilibrium theory and"internal stress field"theory are used to calculate the width of coal pillars for roadway protection,which is 5.7 m≤B≤8.2 m.Numerical simulation is conducted to study the vertical stress,displacement,and plastic zone changes characteristics of the roadway surrounding rock with different coal pillar widths.Combined with theoretical calculation,a reasonable coal pillar width of 6 m is determined,and a three-dimensional surrounding rock support form for the roadway is designed.Through on-site monitoring of the movement amount of the roadway roof and floor and the force situation of the anchor rod,the results show that the control effect of the roadway surrounding rock is significant,meeting the needs of safe production during the stoping period.
