摘要

Abstract

In response to the problem of large-scale roof hanging and induced surrounding rock impact disasters in deep thick and hard roof fully mechanized mining faces,the thick and hard roof of the 11618 working face machine roadway of Xieqiao Coal Mine is taken as the research object.The theoretical analysis of the collapse conditions of the overlying rock after roof cutting is carried out,and advanced pre-splitting blasting roof cutting is adopted.The effect of roof cutting roadway protection is analyzed through optimization of blasting roof cutting parameters and on-site mine pressure monitoring.The research shows that after blasting and roof cutting,the deformation of both sides of the roadway and the subsidence amount of the roof are effectively controlled,and the advanced bracket of the roadway is eliminated,greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers and achieving safe and efficient mining of deep thick and hard roof fully mechanized mining faces.
