Abstract
In response to the serious deformation problem of the surrounding rock in the"three soft"coal seam roadway,taking the 1304 working face of Tianshuibao Coal Mine as the background,combined with theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods,the development mechanism of the plastic zone in the"three soft"coal seam roadway of Tianshuibao Coal Mine was mastered,and the combined support technology of circular arch section and high prestressed anchor mesh cable was proposed and applied,effectively controlling the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock.The results indicate that the development mechanism of the plastic zone in the surrounding rock of the tunnel is the differential distribution of the trapezoidal section stress field,which causes the two rock masses to exhibit asymmetric plastic expansion characteristics.By constructing the"Arc Arch Section Anchor Net Cable Collaborative Support"technology system,FLAC3D was used to compare the deformation characteristics of various section shapes and support parameter combinations.It was determined that when using the arc arch section with anchor rod spacing of 800 mm×800 mm and pre tightening torque of 350 N∙m,and the anchor rod parameter support system with spacing of 1400 mm×1600 mm and pre tightening force of 230 kN,the stress distribution of the surrounding rock was more balanced.Engineering practice has shown that adopting this technical solution reduces the displacement of the top and bottom plates by 42.3%compared to traditional support,and controls the maximum displacement of the top plate within 58 mm,verifying the effectiveness of the support parameter design.关键词
