Abstract
In view of the problem of poor stability of the surrounding rock and easy induced deformation and instability under the influence of lateral support stress in the goaf during the period of roadway excavation along goaf of the 1318 working face return air crossheading,taking the deformation degree and economic benefits of the surrounding rock as mainly considered factors.Through the mean of UDEC discrete unit numerical simulation,the stress field,displacement field and roadway surface deformation degree in coal pillars with different sizes are analyzed to determine a reasonable 5-meter coal pillar and optimize the support design.For areas with poor bearing capacity and stability of surrounding rock,lagging excavation is proposed at around 60 m away from the head-on for the construction of ZKD high water grouting reinforcement process,which consolidates the fractured rock mass into a whole with certain bearing capacity,effectively improving the stability of the roadway surrounding rock and ensuring the smooth development of the roadway excavation along goaf engineering.关键词
