Abstract
The 15#coal seam of Shangshe Erjing Mine has the"three highs and two lows"characteristics of high degree of metamorphism,high ground stress,high gas content,low mechanical strength,and low permeability.Gas drainage is difficult,and coal and gas outburst disasters are serious,which poses severe challenges to the safe and efficient mining of coal.In view of this,taking the 15202 working face as the research object,a detailed investigation and research is conducted on the key parameters such as the initial gas release velocity,crushing resistance strength index,adsorption characteristics,permeability coefficient and others of the on-site coal seam.The directional drilling hydraulic coal unloading and gas extraction technology is proposed and implemented.The on-site test data shows that after conducting directional drilling hydraulic coal digging operation in the 15202 air intake crossheading,the average gas drainage concentration remains stable at around 42%,and the average gas drainage scalar quantity is 0.43 m³/min,which is about 1.4 times higher than traditional directional ordinary drilling.It significantly improves the gas drainage efficiency of soft and broken coal seams and effectively reduces the gas pressure of the working face.关键词
