Abstract

In response to the current situation where the wetting ability of simple wetting agents for coal seam water injection in rock burst mines cannot meet the requirements of mining anti scouring,the performance and compounding of various chelating agents and surfactants are studied.The monomer solution of the composite wetting agent formula is determined to be chelating agent IDS and surfactant JFCS,and the mass concentration of the composite solution is 0.15%.The on-site anti scouring practice of IDS+JFCS composite wetting agent is carried out.After injecting the composite wetting agent into coal bodies,the amount of drilling debris is reduced to a certain extent and drilling is easier;Water injection can achieve a certain pressure relief effect on hard coal walls within the effective wetting range,and its effective wetting radius increases after adding chelating type wetting agents.Adding composite wetting agents to coal seam water injection can effectively reduce the physical and mechanical properties of coal bodies,providing a scientific basis for rock burst prevention and control and safe production.
