摘要

Abstract

In order to further improve the automation monitoring and operation level of downhole pump houses in coal mines,improve the current problems of low monitoring efficiency,poor stability of water supply pressure and others in downhole pump houses,automation monitoring and variable frequency constant pressure control technology are adopted to design a set of coal mine downhole pump house constant pressure water supply control and unattended monitoring system based on PLC and intelligent sensor network.This system uses PLC as the control core,and real-time control of the water pump motor is conducted through variable frequency speed regulation and PID control strategy to maintain a constant water outlet pressure of water pump.An intelligent sensor network is adopted to conduct real-time collection of system water pressure and water pump motor working condition parameters,ultimately forming a pump house unattended system that integrates communication,monitoring,and display.Through experimental testing,This system can effectively achieve remote automation monitoring and energy-saving drainage control of underground pump houses,improving the water supply efficiency and safety reliability of downhole pump houses.
