Abstract
In order to solve the problems of wide distribution,long battle line,unstable coal flow rate,low transportation efficiency,high equipment energy consumption,coal withdrawal and leakage,belt deviation,large block blockage and others that restrict normal production in the downhole coal flow transportation system of Chaili Coal Mine,an intelligent coal flow monitoring system combining laser and visual intelligent recognition is constructed through research and analysis.Visual recognition technology is applied to analyze the changes in the upper contour line of the laser projected on the coal flow,and real-time detection of abnormal situations in the belt coal flow rate and belt conveyor operation is conducted.The system outputs signals to control the operation of the frequency converter according to the changes of the belt coal flow rate,realizing intelligent speed regulation of the belt conveyor to ensure the continuity and stability of the belt coal flow rate.After the basic application of the system,the occurrence of coal flow system blockage,overload,light load,no-load and other phenomena is eliminated,the energy consumption of equipment operation is reduced,the operating efficiency is improved,and the occurrence of tape transportation accidents is effectively prevented,ensuring the normal operation of the transportation system.关键词
