摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the shortcomings in the performance evaluation of intelligentization systems for coal mine fully mechanized mining faces,a multidimensional comprehensive evaluation model based on indicator system is proposed by following five principles such as scientificity,comprehensiveness,dynamicity,operability and applicability.Key indicators such as equipment online rate,failure rate,and unit production cost,etc,are selected,and an evaluation model is constructed.A data-driven method is adopted to address the impact of outliers through historical data cleaning,standardization,and data division,ensuring the model's promotion ability.To overcome the problems of multicollinearity and overfitting,ridge regression and lasso regression algorithms are used for optimization,and the model performance is evaluated using indicators such as R²,RMSE and so on.The results indicate that the selected indicators can effectively reflect system performance,improve resource optimization and security guarantee capability,and provide scientific basis for the intelligentization transformation of coal mine enterprises.关键词
