摘要
Abstract
The 14# coal seam of Queshan Coal Mine in Datong,Shanxi Province has the characteristic of easy spontaneous combustion, which is difficult to be predicted by conventional methods.Laboratory tests were carried out on coal samples from the mine to analyze the relationship between different indicator gases in the spontaneous combustion process of coal. The data of CO,CO2,CH4,C2H6,C2H4,C3H8,C3H6 and C2H2 gases at different coal temperatures were measured in the la-boratory to explore the relationship between each indicator gas and coal temperature. The results of the study show that the concentration of CO,C2H6,C2H4,C3H8,C3H6 and C2H2 has the optimum variation rule with temperature. If the 14# coal seam contains the aforementioned gases, there is an oxidative warming phenomenon in the coal,so it is suggested that the 14# coal seam should use CO,C2H4 and C2H2 as the main and C2H6,C3H8 and C3H6 as the auxiliary gases as the natural ig-nition marker gases of the seam,so as to master the spontaneous combustion of the coal. Finally,it was verified through actu-al engineering that CO can be used as an indicator gas for predicting the natural ignition of coal, and its emergence tempera-ture is around 38℃,and its predicted temperature range is before 95℃.关键词
