Case study of the cooperative allocation mechanism of urban new quality productive forces and land factors
摘要
Abstract
The key to developing new quality productive forces is to rely on technological innovation to upgrade and replace industries,and the upgrading and replacement of industries cannot be separated from the land as the carrier space.Therefore,the cooperative allocation of industrial transformation and land supply is a major practical task facing by the development of new quality productive forces.Using methods such as literature analysis and historical trajectory analysis,this paper summarizes the mechanisms and pathways of new quality productive forces development and land resource cooperative allocation in Boston,Seoul,and Shenzhen,with the aim of providing reference experience for urban industrial transformation and rejuvenation of existing land,and promoting high-quality urban development.关键词
