老年慢性心力衰竭住院患者认知衰弱现状及影响因素分析
Analysis of Current Cognitive Frailty and Its Influencing Factors in Elderly Hospitalized Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current cognitive frailty(CF)and analyze its influencing factors in elderly hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods From December 2022 to January 2024,a total of 435 elderly CHF patients hospitalized at a Grade Ⅲ-A hospital in Anhui Province were selected by purposive sampling.They were investigated using the General Information Questionnaire,Frailty Scale(FS),Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),Mini Nutritional Assessment-Short Form(MNA-SF),Geriatric Depression Scale-15(GDS-15),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS).Results The prevalence of CF was 31.03%in elderly hospitalized patients with CHF.Logistic regression analysis revealed that advanced age,high New York Heart Association(NYHA)functional class,depression,low activities of daily living(ADL)score,and lack of regular exercise were risk factors for CF in elderly hospitalized patients with CHF(P<0.05).Conclusion CF is highly prevalent in elderly hospitalized patients with CHF.Healthcare providers should be alert to CF in this population and take early targeted interventions to prevent or even reverse this condition.关键词
