艾萨铜熔炼烟气SO3发生率上升研究及应用OA

Research and application on the increase of SO3 occurrence rate in the flue gas of Isa copper smelting

依据SO3发生机理,通过对艾萨余热锅炉水平段烟气温度,入炉物料成分分析,烟气"残氧"分析发现,造成SO3浓度上升的主要原因是烟气中O2含量升高,采取了更换喷枪、调整二次风补加量、及时调整检验分析数据准确性、优化供氧工艺参数等手段,烟气"残氧"浓度下降28.39%,进而SO3发生率下降28.79%.

Based on the mechanism of SO3 occurrence,through the analysis of the flue gas temperature in the horizontal section of the Aisa waste heat boiler,the composition of the incoming materials,and the analysis of the"residual oxygen"in the flue gas,it was found that the main reason for the increase in SO3 concentration was the increase in O2 content in the flue gas.Measures such as replacing the spray gun,adjusting the secondary air supplement amount,timely adjusting the accuracy of the inspection and analysis data,and optimizing the oxygen supply process parameters were taken.As a result,the concentration of"residual oxygen"in the flue gas decreased by 28.39%,and the incidence of SO3 decreased by 28.79%.
