Abstract
Based on the mechanism of SO3 occurrence,through the analysis of the flue gas temperature in the horizontal section of the Aisa waste heat boiler,the composition of the incoming materials,and the analysis of the"residual oxygen"in the flue gas,it was found that the main reason for the increase in SO3 concentration was the increase in O2 content in the flue gas.Measures such as replacing the spray gun,adjusting the secondary air supplement amount,timely adjusting the accuracy of the inspection and analysis data,and optimizing the oxygen supply process parameters were taken.As a result,the concentration of"residual oxygen"in the flue gas decreased by 28.39%,and the incidence of SO3 decreased by 28.79%.关键词
