Abstract
The raw materials mainly used by domestic aluminum processing enterprises are sourced from the molten aluminum produced by the cryolite-alumina molten salt electrolysis method.Using molten cryolite as the solvent,alumina as the solute,carbon as the anode,and molten aluminum as the cathode,after passing a strong direct current,an electrochemical reaction occurs at the two poles inside the electrolytic cell.The remaining part is the remelting and processing of recycled aluminum.The processing and manufacturing of aluminum ingots for remelting is a material forming process in which the metal changes from a high-temperature liquid state to a solid state.Aluminum castings are widely used in the industrial field.During the production process of remeltable aluminum ingots,due to the influence of multiple factors,there will be defects in the appearance quality and physical and chemical indexes,resulting in a decrease in the structural properties during further deep processing,making it difficult to meet the usage requirements of downstream customers.Therefore,it is necessary to study the quality control method of aluminum ingots.By optimizing the casting production process and production process control measures,the quality of re melted aluminum ingot products can be ensured.关键词
