摘要

Abstract

The effects of different heat treatment conditions on the microstructure,mechanical properties,and swing friction properties of cast nickel tin bronze alloys were studied.Make copper alloys that have undergone different heat treatment conditions into bearings and conduct swing friction experiments on a swing testing machine.The microstructure shows that as the heat treatment temperature increases,the phenomenon of tin segregation gradually disappears and the grains are refined;The mechanical properties indicate that as the heat treatment temperature increases,the tensile strength,yield strength,and elongation after fracture first increase and then decrease.The maximum value is reached at a heat treatment temperature of 560 ℃,and the hardness remains basically unchanged;The swing friction test shows that the friction performance of the material increases first and then decreases with the increase of heat treatment temperature.The lubrication friction performance of the material is optimal when the heat treatment temperature is 560 ℃,which is consistent with the change trend of Strength of materials performance.
