摘要

Abstract

This paper focuses on the liner of the domestic PX1200/180 gyratory cone crusher.Aiming at the problems of severe wear during operation and frequent replacements that affect production,research was carried out.By analyzing the failure modes of the liner,such as abrasion,fatigue,and corrosion,as well as the failure causes including material,design,manufacturing process,and operating environment,improvement measures were proposed from three aspects:material optimization(modifying traditional aluminum bronze materials and developing new aluminum alloy-based composite materials),structural optimization(designing the structure based on mechanical analysis and improving the structure considering wear uniformity),and the synergistic optimization of materials and structures.Verified by the application in a large non-ferrous metal mine,the service life of the optimized liner has increased by 2-3 times,saving costs and enhancing production efficiency and equipment stability,providing a strong guarantee for mine production.
